  • Navigation that will reflects the company's structure rather then division or classification substantial to content and customer goals.

Direction-finding that doesn't make people think:


  • All pages have at least basic site navigation.
  • The navigation indicates the present page.
  • Meaning with link text is clear and each is exclusive.
  • All backlinks go somewhere specific together with unique.
  • Categories related to product or service offered, not company corporation.
  • Repetitive backlinks, if absolutely necessary, are generally clearly indicated as repetitive.
